GambleAware Director of Commissioning (Treatment Service) Update
After three years at GambleAware, John McCracken is leaving the charity.
After three years at GambleAware, John McCracken is leaving the charity in order to pursue other interests. As Director of Commissioning (Treatment Services), John McCracken has led the early development of the National Gambling Treatment Service, commissioning innovative services and working in close collaboration with the NHS in England, Scotland and Wales. This work has included the implementation of the data reporting system GambleAware is pioneering to inform the development of best practice and outstanding care for those experiencing gambling harms in Great Britain. Trustees and staff wish John well in his future endeavours.
Dr Jane Rigbye will assume responsibility for commissioning treatment services on an interim basis, overseen by the Chief Executive.
